About Mansoor Zaidi, M.D

Mansoor Zaidi, MD, is a highly skilled and dedicated physician leading the team at Xpress Med Urgent Care in Springfield, Massachusetts. He has over 23 years of experience working as an emergency room physician in India and the United States.

Dr. Zaidi received his MBBS from the University of Medical Sciences in Delhi, India. In the United States, he practiced his residency in internal medicine at Wayne State University at the DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. He then completed a fellowship in geriatrics at Indiana University Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, Indiana.

While still in Indiana, Dr. Zaidi worked as an emergency room physician at IU Health Blackford County Hospital in Hartford City and IU Health Jay County Hospital in Portland. Dr. Zaidi then moved to the East Coast to serve at Westchester Square Medical Center in the Bronx, New York, and White Plains Hospital in White Plains, New York. Most recently, he has served as a hospitalist at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, Massachusetts, and at Holyoke Medical Center in Holyoke, Massachusetts, where he held the position of emergency room director.

Dr. Zaidi is ABPS board certified in emergency medicine and a proud associate member of the American College of Physicians. With a wealth of experience in emergency medicine, Dr. Zaidi is dedicated to providing excellent primary care, family care, and emergency care to the Springfield community and brings a diverse and holistic skillset to Xpress Med Urgent Care.
